I just recently paid $29.95 for Avira System Speedup, and it will not do anything after it has scanned all files in registry and other areas of my PC. Everytime I try to run a Cleanup Scan, it says that I have to purchase in order to continue. I downloaded this product off the net. And I have typed in my activation code and it still says that I have to buy. This is urgent as I have Avira Anti Virus to and my PC has an HEUR Trojan File in it. I do not want it quarantined as I want that file removed out of my system immediately. Could someone please help me here? I am NOT going to keep buying your products off your website when I have already paid for your product.

Further to the post concerning my installation problem, AVIRA did today reply with detailed instructions for installation on my Windows XP computer as follows:

- Download the file of your Avira product

http://install.avira-update.com/package/wks_avira13/win32/en/pepr/avira_antivirus_pro_en.exe

- Double-click to download the file and follow the prompts by clicking "accept", "agree", "continue", etc.
- Enter your activation code in the license assistant
Your Activation code: (enter your code)
- Click on "Next"
- Please use your email address <address> when registering your product, enter the required data and click on "Next"
- You have successfully installed and activated your product!

Hope this helps.
