How do I repair my Avira Antivirus?

If you have to perform a repair installation of your Antivirus, download first the latest antivirus installation file.

  1. Double-click the downloaded file.
  2. Select the Repair/Update option and click Next.
  3. Verify if all the required components are flagged for installation, and click Next.
  4. The installation will now be repaired. After completing the repair, a reboot may be necessary.

After being happy with Avira since years I now ran into the 'No Internet connection" problem.
Installing a freshly downloaded free Avira did not help. Same problem exists. Found some Avira events in the system log:

Also i have a bug for Update avira free or pro antivirus !
i get Error code 10
i try some way to fix it but not fix....! when i start update few files is download and between download avira stop downloading and restart and begin to downloading and repeat it ! Help to fix it
