What is the Automatic License Renewal and why should I use it?

The Automatic License Renewal service is a convenient way of having your software license(s) renewed prior to expiration, without having to remember the date or go through the entire purchase and activation process.

Note
If your license renewal subscription is enabled, the license expiration date is displayed 35 days prior to the real expiration date. Thus, a smooth transition can be ensured at a license renewal. The remaining runtime of the current license will be added to the new license.


The Automatic License Renewal is only available for customers that bought the Avira product in our Online Shop.

Customers who have purchased an Avira product by retail cannot benefit from the Automatic License Renewal because Avira does not have your mandatory payment credentials.


Note
The Automatic License Renewal process extends the validity of your existing license.
You will NOT receive a new activation code.


  • 35 days prior to license expiration, we will charge you the renewal fee based on the payment information you provide now.

  • Your license will be renewed for the license term of your previous license, and the remaining runtime on your current license will be added to the new license. The amount charged will be the product’s standard retail price at the time of renewal.

  • If the payment is successful, the product will automatically update with the new license. There’s nothing else you need to do!

Hint:
The automatic renewal works only with the latest product version.

Вот и у меня тоже самое произошло. Антивирем пропользовалась 2 месяца и перешла на другой продукт. А здесь за 35 дней до окончания прошлогодней лицензии с меня сняли деньги без предварительного согласия!

Не стану говорить о технических возможностях Авиро, не успела толком ознакомиться. Но финансовые махинации с автоматическими платежами раскрывают компанию не в самом выгодном свете!!!

I did purchase and pay for a 3 year / 3 users license in December 2014
Now the software doesn’t run properly, tells me the license is not valid.
This program is wasting precious lifetime of my restricted being on this planet.
Is this just something to nag me and get me to purchase some other rubbish?
Please refund immediately or get the thing going without me wasting more time…

My account is activated for automatic renewal for my computer protection, however, the card info on file is not good anymore. My account at my bank had been compromised and I had to stop my old account and redo a new one. I need to get that new card info on file here, so that my automatic renewal will take place when it is suppose to. I see nothing under my account for me to change this information? So what do I do? I

Да и у меня тоже в автоматическом режиме сняли деньги с карты,не спрашивая или уточняя предварительно-пользуюсь или нет,нужен он мне этот антивирусник или нет! БЕЗОБРАЗИЕ конечно! На письма после того как послала ОТКАЗ от покупки не ответили,хотя пишут,что в течении 24 часов должны! Буду пробовать и по другим адресам писать,может у кого то получилось?

Buenas noches, Yo compre una licencia por un año para 3 dispositivos a un precio de $35.10 y ahora me cargan una renovación automática de un producto que ya no quiero usar más y que además tiene un precio de $116.99 más del triple del precio original, yo lo que quiero es que me devuelvan mi dinero y no puedo usar el soporte telefónico pues estoy fuera de los Estados Unidos

My licence was renewed automatically and my credit card charged with the renewal fees. (reference 79886582), On 16/09/15 I received and email confirming the renewal of my licence and indicating that I did have nothing to do: "Your renewal will be processed within the next 72 hours" but my licensed has not been renewed and my laptop is unprotected. I have tried several times to download new software but it doesn't work. Note that I still use Windows Vista. I would be very grateful if you would sort this matter out ASAP

Hi, I ask you kindly how to cancel the automatic renewal of the payment of Avira , because I find myself every time I try to change the tick off a window that opens in html mode ( see Annex ) and I will return the check to on automatically without making me change the field of automatic cancellation fee .
Therefore I ask you how you can cancel the automatic payment method from my account Avira .

Salve, cortesemente Vi chiedo come poter annullare il rinnovo automatico del pagamento di Avira, poichè mi ritrovo ogni volta che provo a modificare la spunta su off una finestra che si apre in modalità html e mi ritorna la spunta su on in automatico senza farmi modificare il campo di annullamento pagamento automatico.
Pertanto Vi chiedo di annullare il metodo di pagamento automatico dal mio account Avira.
